The speaker at the April luncheon will be Col. Dick Anderegg, USAF (Ret). He will speak about his experiences as related in "The Ash Warriors" -- the evacuation of personnel and closing of Clark Air Force Base in the Phillippines following the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo.
